in activating the public opinion and human memory.
On this occasion, Ieva
Kalnina, curator and director of the
Riga City Exhibition Hall Project invited the local artists
to participate.
16 artists accepted
and realized new specific works: Aija Apse, Aija Bley,
Kristians Brekte, Kaspars Goba, Mārtiņš Grauds,
Andris Grinbergs, Uldis Jancis, Edgars Jurjāns, Elīna
Kalniņa, Roman Korovin, Linards Kulless, Raimonds
Līcītis, Una Meiberga, Gatis Rozenfelds, Krišs
Salmanis, Aiva Zurina.
A Forum Opening will offer the
opportunity to discuss the problems concerning Caucasus situation
with local and Russian contributors.
